Driven by the challenge of creating a consulting company focused on the quality of relationships and long-term bonds, she led the startup of Neovista in 2011, harnessing on more than 20 years experience in HR, the past 10 years being in Executive Search. Since then, she has been leading middle/top management projects for multinational and domestic clients from various sectors such as IT, Automotive, Chemicals, Consumer Goods, Retail, Luxury, Education, Services, and others. Before that, she worked seven years in two other consulting firms, the last one as a founding partner, and led the company for five years, managing projects in various markets and for different functional areas. Ilana began her professional path as a clinical psychologist and steered her career to the field of Human Resources, starting at the fast-food company McDonald’s. She consolidated her experience at H.Stern, as a Selection Coordinator. She holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica, in Rio de Janeiro, and is fluent in English.

In synergy with the purpose of establishing a closer relationship with customers, she accepted Ilana’s invitation to lead the startup of Neovista RH, contributing with her experience of more than 10 years in Executive Search. Since then, she has been leading executive search projects for the segments of Consumer Goods, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Equipment, Education, Chemicals, and others. Before that, she consolidated her career at a large consulting company, leading senior management projects for six years in the Life Science industry. In 2009, she became a partner in the startup of a consulting firm belonging to the same group, focused on middle management, and led the business unit responsible for Consumer Goods, Pharmaceuticals, Education and Retail. Her first experience in recruitment was focused on projects for the financial market, serving large multinational and domestic companies, mainly for expansion projects. She holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from the Mackenzie University.
